ERICH JAEGER developed the 5-pin connector system based on a customer request. It is used in different types of vehicles for example for transmitting analog camera signals.
This product group includes different connectors for special applications. The 3-pin system according to DIN 9680 (similar) is used by some vehicle manufacturers for the electrical transmission of special functions.
The connector system satisfies all requirements of original equipment manufacturers in the automotive industry such as the protection IPX7 and IPX9K.
